About the role

At Wrknest, we are currently looking for an Account Manager for KGM in Stockholm. This is a role for you who wants to work with B2B sales, combining business drive with technical understanding and building long-term customer relationships in complex deals.

KGM is a Swedish growing company operating in a market where the need for efficient communication flows continues to increase. They have a strong position with a leading service in both quality and sustainability and are in an exciting phase after a generational shift, where the organization is now ramping up its market presence and continued development.

They work with combining physical and digital communication flows, from mailings and invoice handling to digital distribution and automated information flows. The customers consist mainly of larger organizations with extensive communication needs, for example within banking, finance, and insurance.

This is a direct recruitment to KGM where the recruitment process and all communication are handled by us at Wrknest.

Your future responsibilities

You step into an independent, consultative role where you are responsible for growing KGM's customer portfolio. With support from the team, project managers, and developers, you drive business from first contact to closing, where you understand and map the customer's operations, technical flows, and communication needs in depth.

As an Account Manager, you play a key role in driving new business and handling the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal and further customer relationship. You build your own pipeline, create new business opportunities, and work closely with the customer to understand their business in depth and develop the right solution.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Make first contact and book meetings with customers
  • Conduct needs analyses and map the customer's communication flows
  • Drive the entire sales process from first dialogue to signed contract
  • Work with complex deals in longer sales cycles
  • Participate in tenders and larger business processes
  • Work structured in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal specialists, such as project managers and technical resources
  • Ensure a smooth handover to delivery and contribute to the continued development of the customer relationship through follow-up and upselling

We are looking for you who have

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Ability to work independently and structured
  • Technical interest or understanding of digital solutions and systems

We consider it meritorious with

  • Experience from IT, tech, or system-related sales
  • Experience of complex or consultative sales
  • Experience of tenders or longer sales cycles

Start: August/September or according to agreement

Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period
