We are looking for young individuals who are ready to give their all to make our residential areas even better and more pleasant. Together with our team of friendly and skilled colleagues, you will be the face of Sveafastigheter.

For Summer 2026, we are looking for:

Property Caretaker (from 16 years old)

You will help maintain and improve the outdoor environments, such as painting and clearing flower beds. Additionally, you will ensure that everything is clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys working with others. A driver's license is not required, but it is a plus!

Team Leader (from 18 years old)

As a team leader, you will have the chance to lead a small group of employees while also helping out with the outdoor areas. We expect you to take initiative and solve problems that arise during the day. This is perfect for you if you want to build on your work experience and gain great references for the future. A B-class driver's license is required for this role.
