We are now looking for several engaged servicedesk technicians for fixed-term positions at Factory Service Desk in Gothenburg. The assignments are available to cover planned parental leave and to meet increased demand related to exciting customer projects.

Your responsibilities
In the role of servicedesk technician, you work in a Factory Service Desk that differs from traditional support. Here, you work close to the business and support business-critical systems related to production and warehouse management.
You handle incidents and cases with a high resolution rate and work actively to get the business back up and running quickly. The work also includes support regarding central infrastructure such as networks, storage, and equipment on the factory floor.
You become part of a team that works in 3-shifts according to a rolling schedule designed by the team itself – creating a good balance between structure and flexibility.
Currently, the client is in an intense launch phase, which means a high pace, varying workdays, and the opportunity to influence a business-critical environment.
Your profile
We are looking for you who thrive in a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment where you take responsibility and work solution-oriented. You have an interest in IT and feel comfortable in a role where you support users and systems in operations-close businesses.
You are a person who likes to collaborate but can also work independently when required. You have good communication skills and are confident in handling different types of cases, even when the pace is high.
To succeed in the role, you are curious, responsible, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You enjoy working in complex environments and are motivated by solving problems that make a real difference to the business.
