We are now looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for our pancake factory in Laholm – a role for you who thrives close to production and enjoys combining preventive work with urgent interventions.

Here, you will become part of an engaged maintenance team where collaboration, problem-solving, and drive are at the center. Together, we ensure a stable and efficient production – from batter to finished pancake.

What you will do

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will work broadly with both preventive and corrective maintenance in our production. Your main focus is to ensure operations through planned interventions, while also handling urgent stops and disruptions quickly and systematically. You will work with everything from robot inspections, bearing lubrication, and oil changes in gearboxes to checking and optimizing equipment.

The role also involves participating in projects, such as reconstructions or changes in production flows. You will work closely with the production team and collaborate daily with colleagues in maintenance, electrical, facilities, and maintenance coordination. The position is based on a two-shift system, covering mornings and afternoons.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Experience from industry or process industry, preferably within food production
• Experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Good knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting
• Basic computer skills (e.g., maintenance systems)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
