About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative at Qstar, you are a central force in our proactive sales and growth initiative. It is about providing world-class service – from welcoming new customers and building long-term relationships, to supporting our field sales representatives with quotes and daily customer contact.
We have a pipeline full of leads waiting to be engaged – and you are the one who takes the first step.
What do you do during the day?
- Prospecting and contacting new corporate customers via phone and digital channels
- Following up on leads, campaigns, and incoming inquiries
- Managing and nurturing customer relationships – sometimes independently, sometimes together with a field sales representative
- Creating interest in Qstar’s products, services, and renewable alternatives
- Working towards clear goals with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results
- Representing Qstar at trade fairs and events
Your customers are the working businesses of Sweden: transport companies, farmers, construction firms, taxis, delivery vans, forestry machinery, and industries. In short – Sweden at work.
You will be based at our headquarters in Norrköping, where you will meet a great team and have the opportunity for a shared Friday breakfast.
Who are you?
You are someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You have a natural sales presence and the ability to infect others with your engagement.
We believe you have:
- Experience in B2B sales and are confident in prospecting and making cold calls
- Good computer skills – experience with CRM systems is a definite plus
- Ability to work independently and with a results-oriented mindset
- At least a high school education
- A valid driver’s license (Category B)
Meritorious: Industry knowledge within energy/fuel, transport, logistics, construction, agriculture, or similar heavy customer segments.
