We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join EDGE Associates, based in Stockholm!

About the Role

Do you want to help develop business-critical IT solutions for one of Sweden's most important government agencies?

At EDGE Associates, we are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team. You will be employed by us and start immediately on a project for one of our clients in the public sector.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development
• At least 1 year of experience with microservice architecture
• Experience developing security features
• Experience with Quarkus, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks
• At least 3 years of experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
• At least 3 years of experience working in agile teams
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

The following qualifications are a plus:

• At least 2 years of experience in frontend development, e.g., with Vue, React, Angular, or similar
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with identity federation development
• Experience with certificate management
• Experience with backend test automation
• Experience automating build, test, and delivery pipelines in container-based environments
