About the role

Sourcecom is a strategic partner in IT and security, with strong technical expertise and extensive experience in delivering stable and efficient IT environments to its customers.

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you work as a consultant on assignments where you are responsible for the operation, management, and implementation of modern IT environments. The role is broad and technically oriented, focusing on stability, performance, and solution improvement. You will become part of a tight-knit team of approximately 12 consultants.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work to ensure stable and efficient operation of customers' IT environments while contributing to development and improvement. Your tasks will include:

• Operating, managing, and optimizing IT infrastructure
• Working with Linux (e.g., Red Hat) and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Working with container platforms and automation (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Infrastructure as Code)
• Troubleshooting and improving performance in complex environments
• Working with log management and monitoring
• Participating in projects and developing technical solutions
• Advising customers

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Has experience with Linux and virtualization
• Has worked with operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT environments
• Has experience with automation or script-based management

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with container solutions (e.g., Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
