We are looking for a senior and business-driven Purchaser for a part-time assignment (40%) in Södertälje. The role combines operational purchasing with a legal focus, where you are responsible for the entire purchasing flow within areas such as services, consultants, IT, and consumables – in a regulated environment with high compliance requirements.

• Prepare and send out RFQs

• Analyze supplier quotes and ensure commercial alignment

• Lead supplier negotiations

• Draw up contracts and purchase orders

• Handle deviations from standard contracts in dialogue with Legal

• Contribute to the development of contract templates

• Place orders and manage the purchasing flow

• Handle invoices and ensure correct documentation

• Document decisions, deviations, and progress

• Administer contracts, price lists, and indices (e.g., currency)

• Follow up on purchasing data and documentation

• Drive improvement initiatives within the purchasing area

• Independently executed purchases according to process and policy

• Quality-assured contracts and correctly handled deviations

• Efficient supplier dialogue and negotiations

• Structured documentation and follow-up

• Contribution to improved working methods and templates

• 5–10 years of experience in purchasing/procurement

• Documented experience in contract management and legal aspects

• Experience handling deviations from standard contracts

• Good knowledge of purchasing processes, governance, and policies

• Experience from a regulated/business-critical environment

• Fluent English in both speech and writing

• Experience from healthcare/work environment-related purchasing

• Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience collaborating with legal functions

• Structured and meticulous

• Business-driven with strong negotiation skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Confident in dialogue with various stakeholders

• Ability to balance business and legal considerations
