Midsona is now looking for a Key Account Manager with a focus on e-commerce. In this role, you will work with strategically important customers within the e-commerce segment, such as Apotea, Apohem, MEDS, and Matsmart. You will be responsible for driving growth, developing business relationships, and optimizing assortment, campaigns, and visibility in digital channels.

About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for driving and developing the business for strategically important e-commerce customers with full P&L responsibility. You develop and execute customer plans, lead negotiations regarding contracts, prices, and assortment, and ensure that sales and profitability targets are met.
By analyzing sales, market, and customer insights, you identify growth opportunities and ensure efficient execution of campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams, while building strong and long-term customer relationships.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive and develop the business for strategically important e-commerce customers with P&L responsibility for your customers
- Develop and execute customer plans and ensure that sales and profitability targets are met
- Lead negotiations regarding contracts, prices, assortment, and campaigns
- Identify and realize growth opportunities through analysis of sales, market, and customer insights
- Ensure efficient execution of campaigns and activities in close collaboration with internal teams
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and drive joint business plans
- Responsible for the sales of clips and lots in close collaboration with, among others, Controlling and Supply Chain
Experience and qualifications
We are looking for a business-driven KAM with strong analytical skills and good business understanding. You are skilled in negotiations, thrive with structured and administrative work, and have the ability to keep many parallel processes running with high quality. You are also results-oriented and driven by creating profitable growth together with your customers.
Requirements:
- Sales and/or marketing education from university, IHM, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of e-commerce experience
- Experience in central customer work within e-commerce
- English and Swedish in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of the Office package
Advantageous:
- Experience in FMCG
