Midsona is now looking for a Junior Key Account Manager who will drive revenue, profitability, and build strong relationships with their assigned customers. In this role, you will work with Midsona's entire portfolio within health and wellness, with individual customer responsibility, focusing on New Business, Lidl, Service Retail, and wholesalers. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced Key Account Managers.

About the RoleAs a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own customers and work actively towards achieving revenue and profit targets. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of customer plans, as well as sales and cost budgets. You will optimize campaigns and sales-driving activities and ensure high-quality customer presentations prior to meetings.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Conducting customer meetings
- Implementing innovations in the market
- Analyzing sales, distribution, visibility, and campaigns
- Negotiating prices, assortment, campaigns, and agreements with customers, supported by senior colleagues
In this role, you are expected to be active and driving at Midsona's sales conferences and contribute to colleagues' well-being and motivation to deliver the best possible results, guided by the core values: Care, Trust, Drive, and Pride.

Requirements:
- Sales and/or marketing education from university, IHM, or equivalent, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Understanding of the FMCG sector
- Sales experience
- Good knowledge of the Office package
Merits:
- 1–3 years of FMCG experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Power BI or Qlikview
