We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a young man living in Lund. He needs support and assistance with most aspects of his daily life. Your duties will include personal care, transfers, assistance during meals, and communication support. Since the work takes place at the customer's home, you will accompany him to activities, healthcare visits, and other engagements.

As the man lives with his family, you will receive strong support during the initial period until you feel confident working independently with the customer. While experience in healthcare is an advantage, we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability. It is important that you enjoy working with people and that the customer remains the focus of your work.

Requirements:

• Good physical condition, as the work involves heavy lifting.
• Non-smoker.
• Fragrance-free at work.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car for commuting.

Working Hours:

You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. You are off on public holidays.

Conditions:

We adhere to the Collective Agreement of Kommunal and offer an hourly wage. A wellness benefit is included.
