We are now looking for a salesperson for our facility in Staffanstorp. You are offered a varied and developing position in a stable and long-term company. The work involves great freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to work with world-leading brands.

About the position

As a salesperson, you are part of a nationwide team of construction machinery salespeople and work actively with our customers in southwestern Scania. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from meeting booking to follow-up. You work on developing customer relationships by offering our entire product and service range, with the goal of achieving set targets and creating long-term relationships.

The role as a salesperson includes customer and supplier contacts, machine demonstrations, quotations, and sales. You have product managers, sales administration, and a team of experienced sales colleagues at your disposal. You base your work from our facility in Staffanstorp but can also work from home on certain days. In the role, you report directly to the site manager.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience in sales, preferably of construction machinery or a similar area. You are curious, solution-oriented, and understand the customer's reality, challenges, and needs. To succeed in the role as a salesperson, we see that you are self-motivated, have a strong personal drive, and enjoy working independently. Furthermore, we believe you are a positive person who naturally builds trust and long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within construction
• Extensive technical knowledge and interest
• Good administrative skills and experience in handling CRM systems
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English skills
• Category B driver's license
