As a customer service agent, you are the contact point between our clients and their customers.

You handle cases via phone, email, and chat together with your team. The role offers variety over time as you may work with different assignments and brands.

The position can be full-time or part-time depending on your availability. Working hours are primarily during the day, but evenings and weekends may occur.

• Commission-based salary, with a guaranteed salary of 24,458 SEK/month
