We are planning for a steady increase in production volumes and are continuously seeking skilled and engaged employees for our production facility in Nybro. We have a need for new competence both in our flooring manufacturing and our sawmill.

Working with us
As an employee, you will work with varied tasks within production, processing, and refinement of wood raw materials in the various machine lines involved in the production of our premium wood flooring.

The work is carried out both independently and in teams, where you become an important part of ensuring an efficient and high-quality production flow. We work with continuous improvements in a learning culture and have a structured approach to talent development. We monitor our employees' satisfaction through regular pulse surveys and employee conversations.

We work with the Kährs Production System, which is based on the principles of Lean Production.

Tasks may include:

• Operation and supervision of machines
• Tool changes and setups
• Sorting and quality control
• Operator maintenance and participation in preventive maintenance work
• Forklift driving and material handling
• Production reporting and other administration
• Improvement work

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience working in industry or sawmills
• is practical and has a technical interest
• is meticulous, self-motivated, and has good collaboration skills
• enjoys working in teams and taking personal responsibility
• sees the big picture, can lead oneself, and contributes to the team's development
• has good physical fitness and thrives in active work
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• wants to contribute to a safe and secure working environment

Qualifications that are advantageous:

• experience in technical work within the wood industry or other production, preferably as a machine setter, sawmill line operator, or in other technical roles
• experience working with tools and methods within Lean Production
• experience in a leadership role
• forklift license
