About the Role
Wrknest is currently seeking a Work Leader/Coordinator for a client operating within the technical service sector. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for operational planning and the daily management of service operations. You will serve as a central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal functions, where your work is crucial for ensuring efficient deliveries with high quality.
The position entails significant responsibility, working closely with both the client and the operations. You are expected to create structure in a dynamic daily routine, make quick decisions, and simultaneously maintain a long-term perspective on planning and resource utilization. The role is also evolving with increased digitization, implying more operational presence and closer collaboration with technicians in the field.
Your Future Responsibilities
As a Work Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and driving service work forward in an efficient and high-quality manner. You ensure that the right resources are in place and that work is carried out according to plan.
- Plan and assign tasks to service technicians based on competence, geography, and availability
- Handle fault reports and prioritize urgent cases
- Create, administer, and follow up on work orders
- Ensure correct reporting of time, materials, and resources
- Handle invoicing in collaboration with finance and approve costs
- Act as the customer's primary contact person throughout the service process
- Order materials and follow up on deliveries and inventory status
- Collaborate internally to improve processes and ways of working
- Identify deviations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in operational work leadership or service planning within technical operations
- Has good system skills and experience with business systems or planning tools
- Has good financial understanding and experience with follow-up and invoicing
- Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Merits:
- Experience from security, electrical, installation, or similar industries

Start: By agreement Location: Västerås Scope: Full-time Employment Type: Consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension
