Job Description
Background and Assignment Description

Work as a senior expert in land acquisition, damage compensation, and property management within project operations for construction investments and reinvestments. Act as support to the rest of the organization.

The assignment includes the following tasks:

• Participate as expert support for land acquisition resources in investment and reinvestment projects.
• Support other colleagues on substantive issues related to land acquisition, damage compensation, and other property matters.
• Provide expert support regarding the arable land regulation (Åkernormen).
• Contribute to operational development related to land acquisition.
• Participate in overarching activities within the authority, for example in societal contacts, cross-functional collaborations, and educational initiatives (up to 20% of the scope).

Essential Requirements:

1. At least 15 years of work experience in land acquisition for the power sector.
2. At least 15 years of work experience working in the public sector within the infrastructure sector.
3. At least 15 years of work experience within the arable land or forest regulations.
4. Class B driver's license.
5. Education as an Agronomist.
6. Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Merits:

1. At least 15 years of work experience in project operations for investment or reinvestment for local, regional, or transmission grids.
2. At least 10 years of work experience in the role of a mentor for resources within land acquisition issues for the power sector.
