As one of Sweden's fastest-growing car companies, we are looking for someone with the heart in the right place to join our journey towards becoming the car industry's most satisfied customers. We are now recruiting an additional car salesperson for our facility in Uppsala.
In the role of a salesperson at Niemi Bil, you will guide the customer through the entire car purchase, from start to finish. You will be responsible for the entire process – from the first customer meeting to trade-ins, contract signing, and delivery. You will guide your customer through our products, test drives, and provide information on accessories and financing solutions.
A car is often one of the biggest investments people make in their lives, and as a salesperson, it is your task to help the customer find the right car for their individual needs. It is a job where you build long-term relationships with customers, and your ability to create a good reputation for both yourself and Niemi Bil is what determines your success in the long run.
Who are we looking for?

Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves to compete, is results-oriented, and has a strong business acumen. You possess a natural drive, always ready to go the extra mile. You appreciate change and thrive in an environment where things happen and decisions are made quickly. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with good communication skills.
- You have at least two years of work experience.
- Previous experience in sales is a requirement, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Hold a B driving license (manual).
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are an asset).

Other details
You will work at our facility in Uppsala. The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
