We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our client in Uppsala!

About the Role

Your tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers. You will receive phone calls daily to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotations. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job involves using various digital systems, so good computer skills are essential. This is a full-time position with office hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in service roles and daily customer contact.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Category B driver's license (manual preferred, but automatic may be acceptable).
• Strong verbal communication skills and ease in interacting with both customers and colleagues.
