We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for a consulting assignment focused on analysis, reporting, and experiment tracking. The role is central to ensuring the quality of experiment data and delivering insights related to product development and platform usage.

You will be a key addition to a team with limited capacity and are expected to hit the ground running and deliver independently. The assignment is hands-on and focuses on applied analysis – not model development or research.

• Build and maintain dashboards to track platform usage and experiment quality

• Analyze experiment data (e.g., win rates, learning rates, EwL metrics)

• Ensure data quality through traffic validation, SRM checks, and pipeline monitoring

• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to experiment health

• Work with the metric catalog: validate definitions and calculate results

• Develop decision-making materials and clear data insights for stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data functions

• Document workflows and contribute to knowledge sharing

• Dashboard solutions for experiment and usage data

• Ongoing analysis of experiment quality and data integrity

• Clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders

• Improved structure in the metric catalog and analysis flows

• Documentation that reduces dependency on individual individuals

Mandatory Competencies:

• At least 4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics

• Strong SQL skills (preferably BigQuery)

• Experience with Python for analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualization)

• Good understanding of A/B testing and statistical methods

• Experience with dashboards/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Streamlit)

• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working independently in distributed teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sequential testing or Bayesian methodology

• Experience with dbt

• Knowledge of variance reduction (e.g., CUPED)

• Experience with experiment platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly)

• Experience with platform or infrastructure analysis

• Experience with experiment quality frameworks
