As production staff in Assembly and Logistics, you will take your first great step into our operations, working alongside many different colleagues. This role provides you with valuable insight into our industry and how Scania's operations function, while also creating opportunities for various career and development paths.

Examples of tasks within Assembly and Logistics:

Assembler, Assembly Workshop

• As an assembler, you will work on the interior and exterior fitting of the cab, an important task that encourages personal responsibility combined with teamwork.

Forklift Driver, Logistics

• As a forklift driver, your daily work consists of material handling and forklift driving within Scania Oskarshamn's operations, where you play a vital part in the logistics flow.

Scania prioritizes safety and quality, and as part of our team, you will work according to a standardized method. Scania helps create the right conditions with information and training before your first day of work. This includes training and a forklift license for those who require it.

We are looking for

As a person, you are engaged in your work, enjoy collaborating, and like to spread positive energy to your colleagues. You are meticulous and place great importance on doing things "right from the start," contributing your best with commitment so that we can achieve the production and team's common goals together. You enjoy physical work and understand how good health and ergonomics affect your work performance. We are looking for someone with a high school diploma (three-year program) with passing grades in core subjects. Alternatively, we welcome five years of relevant professional experience. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in assembly within the automotive industry is an asset. Experience with forklift driving is also an asset. To apply for the forklift driver position, you must hold a Class B driver's license.

Working Hours

Our working hours are split into two shifts, meaning you work alternate weeks during the day and alternate weeks in the evening. Our positions are fixed-term contracts for six months with the possibility of extension.
