Job Description

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a senior consultant for the Windows Server group with extensive experience in operations, maintenance, and architecture within Windows-based server environments. The assignment also includes experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics and working in larger virtualized environments, such as Hyper-V.

The consultant will support and strengthen the Windows Server group in connection with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics from a platform perspective. The work includes responsibility for design, platform selection, as well as installation and configuration of the underlying infrastructure required for stable and secure operation of the solution.

The role involves working both operationally within the project and as part of the ongoing administration within the Windows Server group. In the Hyper-V area, the consultant is expected to contribute competence in architecture, capacity planning, and optimization of the virtual environment.

Furthermore, the role includes collaborating with other teams and stakeholders, ensuring that solutions meet requirements for performance, availability, and security, as well as contributing to documentation and knowledge transfer within the organization.

Qualification Requirements (Must-haves):

• The consultant must have at least 5 years of documented experience working as a technician in the design/maintenance/operations of Windows server environments.
• The consultant must have documented experience in the design and setup of Microsoft Dynamics on-premises.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of documented experience in the design and setup of Microsoft Hyper-V clusters.
• The consultant must have documented experience as a technical architect.
• The consultant must have the ability to express themselves well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Desirable Competence (Nice-to-haves):

• Experience with Azure DevOps setup.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with VMware environments.
• Experience with networking and firewalls.
• Experience with IT security and certificate management.
• Experience with MSSQL.
• Experience with server hardware.
• Experience with DevOps workflows.
