Our client uses a wheelchair, lives with her husband in a house, and leads an active life. She works full-time, which means an assistant is always with her and drives her car. Therefore, a valid driver's license is a requirement for this role.

Our client has an active daily life filled with cooking, social gatherings, and trips or outings.

You will assist our client with everything from daily chores, transfers, hygiene, shopping, cleaning, cooking, gardening, accompanying her on trips, exercise, and much more. You must be available whether she is at home, at work, or out on various activities.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be her support in all aspects of daily life. You are her arms and legs. You will receive instructions regarding the client's needs verbally, which means you must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently.

Activities sometimes take place outside the home, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic approach. You are attentive, capable of taking your own initiatives, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere in the home. You must be a non-smoker! Personal chemistry is important, so we are seeking someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a meaningful part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other benefits are provided according to the collective agreement.
