ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Receptionist/Arena Host, you are the face of Arena Skrapan and Vasakronan. Your primary task is to create a first-class reception for guests. You deliver outstanding service to visitors and assist tenants and members with their ongoing inquiries.

Other duties include handling deliveries and catering, welcoming conference guests, and conducting tours. You are also responsible for drafting quotes and confirmations for new members and must be a detail-oriented person.

The position is permanent with an immediate start. Working hours are primarily during office hours, between 07:30 and 17:30, but evening work may occur. You will be employed by Carotte and assigned to Vasakronan.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an energetic and meticulous person who thrives on building relationships and providing the best possible service to guests. You should also be a proactive individual with a willingness to take responsibility and work efficiently in a team. A high level of service combined with a positive attitude forms the foundation of the role. We prefer candidates with experience who enjoy planning and executing events and community activities.

You should be self-reliant, flexible, and possess a high level of service awareness as you will collaborate with members from various industries. Previous experience working in co-working environments and in a service-oriented role is an advantage.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS

• Experience in similar work, preferably in reception and/or hotel reception.
• Good computer skills, with experience of Office programs.
• Experience with conference technology (merit).
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English.
• Previous experience in co-working (merit).

ABOUT THE POSITION

Scope: Permanent employment with an immediate start.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, regular working hours are between 07:30 and 17:30.

Employment: You will be employed by Carotte Staff and assigned to Vasakronan at Arena Skrapan.
