We are looking for an engaged and competent resource teacher who wants to support, motivate, and encourage students with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF) and intellectual disabilities in both academic work and social situations.
You will participate in the delivery of teaching and support students during breaks and during activities that break the regular schedule. Close collaboration with teachers is crucial to creating an effective and supportive learning environment. You will also work in the after-school center and in special education (KTT) according to the curriculum goals and individual implementation plans.

You should be curious with good collaboration skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships. It is important that you can be trustworthy and responsive to the students' needs.
The students have a social context in the class, but most students require one-on-one teaching for the majority of the school day. The class team works in teams and rotates between all students in the class. The work requires great flexibility, as the students have significant individual needs and varying preconditions. Your tasks include planning and carrying out meaningful activities for the students during the school day. You are responsible for supervision and safety throughout the day. You actively participate in the student's goal achievement and in the work with schedule-breaking activities, as well as collaborating with guardians in consultation with mentors.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who wants to work as a resource teacher and who has a high school diploma in either the Child and Leisure program, the Care program, or an assistant training via YH (Vocational College). We prefer that you have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
More about the position
Duration: Temporary position and possibly hourly employment in a temporary pool during the summer. For hourly employment, it is stated "General/Agreed fixed-term employment as needed"
Scope: 100% employment
Working hours: Monday-Friday, daytime
Salary: Individual salary.
