Here at Apoteket Hultsfred, you become part of a medium-sized pharmacy located right in the beautiful Småland nature. We share a building with a health center and handle around 300 prescription lines. Our team consists of 5 employees: 3 pharmacists and 2 self-care advisors who take care of our customers and create a safe, professional, and welcoming work environment.

The work is varied and the pace is sometimes high, especially during the summer when customer flow increases as tourists come to the city to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and perhaps Astrid Lindgren's World. Together with our new pharmacy in Vimmerby (opening February 2026), we are creating a pharmacy group, and work may occur at both pharmacies as needed.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours:

Hultsfred: Weekdays 09:00–18:00, Saturdays 09:00–13:00.
Vimmerby: Weekdays 09:00–18:00, Saturdays 09:00–14:00

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you are responsible for counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, taking responsibility for safety and service in every customer encounter.

• Provide professional counseling and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our assortment and campaigns to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute with ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work routine and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist (receptarie) or chief pharmacist (apotekare), with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines.

• You have several years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.
• Preferably, you have experience working with prescription dispensing, personnel management, and mentoring students.
• You have a special interest in, for example, self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.
• You like to collaborate and contribute positively to the team.
