We are seeking driven and meticulous assemblers for a well-established industry in Eskilstuna! Do you have experience in assembling mechanical or technical components and thrive in a dynamic production environment? Then this might be the job for you!

About the role: As an assembler with us, you will be assigned to a well-established industry in Eskilstuna and become an important part of the production team on-site at the client. Your main responsibilities include assembling mechanical and technical components, working at assembly stations, and performing basic control and quality assurance in the manufacturing process.

You will work in a fast-paced and varied environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are the focus. We are looking for someone who is flexible, technically interested, and ready to take on new challenges in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of lock, door, and security components
• Assembly of mechanical and electromechanical details
• Inspection and functional testing of finished products
• Performing basic quality controls according to routines
• Picking and preparing components for assembly
• Working according to drawings, instructions, and work orders
• Contributing to order, safety, and efficiency in production
• Following safety regulations and work instructions
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient production flow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly or work within industry/production
• Good technical understanding and interest in mechanics and technology
• Ability to work according to drawings and instructions
• Meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible
• Good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team
• Flexible and used to a high work pace
• Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Experience in fine assembly or work with locks/security products is a merit
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift license is a merit

Working hours: 3 shifts / Daytime

Scope: Full-time

Salary: According to collective agreement

Start: Immediate, subject to notice period

Other: You will be employed by us and work at our client's site, with the possibility of direct employment with the client after the assignment period.
