We are currently looking for someone to work as a personal assistant to our wonderful 13-year-old son, where free time consists of walks interspersed with deep discussions, occasional outings, and plenty of humor.

As an assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life, primarily after school and until the evening, where you will be there as a source of security and support. Weekend shifts also occur. We are a small family with lots of energy, humor, love, and warmth, and we are now looking for someone who wants to become part of our daily lives. 🌟

Who are you?

We believe that you are a warm, patient, and social person with a big heart and a distinct calmness. Having and showing understanding is important to us, as is the ability to meet our son at his level – with great patience, curiosity, and joy. Experience working with children or people with disabilities is a requirement; thereafter, the most important thing is that you have the right personality for the assignment and are easy to collaborate with.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, attentive, and genuine in your approach, who can take initiative and feels secure in your role. You must be non-smoking. Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our son's life.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be a support in all aspects of daily life, and it is important that you can write and speak Swedish fluently, as both dialogue and documentation are involved. Since you will be working with a child, it is also important that you have a well-mannered language. Furthermore, there may be some activities outside the home, so you should enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of our son's security and joy in everyday life.

Employment type: Hourly paid, on-call.

Working hours: Afternoons and weekends.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other benefits are provided according to collective agreements.
