Do you want to be an important piece of the puzzle in creating meaning?

We are currently looking for someone to work as a personal assistant to our wonderful 13-year-old son. His free time consists of walks interspersed with deep discussions, occasional outings, and plenty of humor.

As an assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life, primarily after school and until the evening, where you will be there as a source of security and support. Weekend shifts also occur. We are a small family with lots of energy, humor, love, and warmth, and we are now looking for someone who wants to become part of our daily routine. 🌟

Who are you?

We believe that the ideal candidate is a warm, patient, and social person with a big heart and a naturally calm demeanor. Having and showing understanding is important to us, as is the ability to meet our son at his level – with great patience, curiosity, and joy. Experience working with children or people with disabilities is a requirement; thereafter, the most important thing is that you have the right personality for the assignment and are easy to collaborate with.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, attentive, and genuine in their approach, who can take their own initiatives and feels secure in their role. You must be a non-smoker. Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a meaningful part of our son's life.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be a support in all aspects of daily life. It is important that you can speak and write Swedish fluently, as both dialogue and documentation are part of the job. Since you will be working with a child, it is also important that you have a polished way of speaking. Furthermore, there may be activities outside the home, so we prefer candidates who enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of our son's security and joy in everyday life.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other benefits are provided according to the collective agreement.
