Bondtech is a brand created by creators for creators. Since starting in a garage in Värnamo in 2014, we have become a global name in 3D printing — our extruders and components are used today by virtually all 3D printer manufacturers, as well as thousands of makers and professionals worldwide.

What we do starts in production. Every detail we ship out is a promise to the person installing it in their machine.

What you actually do

As a CNC Operator and Setter, you manufacture precision components for our extruders and related products. It is a practical and technical job where your precision is directly visible in the final result.

Setup and Start-up

You prepare CNC machines according to drawings and work orders — selecting tools, rigging fixtures, and getting the machine ready. No production starts until you are satisfied.

Machining Operations

You run programs, monitor the machining process, and react when something deviates. You notice the difference by the sound before the measurement shows it.

Program Adjustment

You fine-tune cutting data and parameters to optimize process and quality — not because the boss asked for it, but because you know it can be done better.

Measurement and Quality Control

Micrometer, Axis Scanner, Surface Roughness Tester. Components are checked and documented continuously. The tolerances are tight — that's the point.

Continuous Improvement

Every idea counts here. In a team of our size, your suggestions reach the right people directly.

What you need to have

• Technical interest and manual dexterity - you are comfortable with machines and tools

• Experienced in reading and interpreting drawings, or eager to learn

• Precise by nature — you thrive when tolerances are tight

Merits, but not a requirement:

• Experience with CNC machining on lathes and milling machines

• Education in CNC, workshop technology, or equivalent

• CAM software and G-code

• Aluminum, steel, brass
