Welcome to our lovely pharmacy in the heart of Arvika! We are a wonderful team of 13 employees. We work as a team and help each other to provide our customers with the best service. As a manager, it is important to me that there are opportunities for development and joy in the work, and that you feel at home in our team. Through our knowledge, we give all our customers that "little extra" in the customer meeting. Our opening hours: weekdays 9-18 and Saturdays 9:30-14. Our pharmacy is located at the square in the middle of town and we have a beautiful view of the glittering water in Kyrkviken.

This pharmacy is one of our explorer pharmacies where we offer that little extra to you who are a licensed pharmacist in Sweden. This means that you receive a bonus paid once per completed year during your first three years at the pharmacy (totaling 120,000 SEK). You will also have access to our mentorship program, which provides a secure start in your new position.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or according to agreement. A probationary period may apply. Start date is according to agreement.

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In the role, you contribute with your pharmaceutical competence, engagement, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy manager. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meetings with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and in the entire region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
