We are now looking for a licensed occupational therapist who wants to be part of our growing team. Here, you will have a flexible and independent role focused on home healthcare.

About the role

You will work with varied and stimulating assignments within home healthcare. The assignments are permanent, providing continuity for you, the client, and the patient.

The role includes assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation based on each individual's needs, in various types of assignments and contexts. You plan your own working days, book your patient visits, and are responsible for your own structure.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients
• Rehabilitative interventions within home healthcare
• Overall responsibility for the patient process – from first contact to follow-up
• Collaboration with other professions such as physiotherapists and nurses
• Documentation according to current guidelines
• Actively contribute to the development of operations and working methods

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Thrives working independently and in a structured manner
• Has good communicative skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a professional and patient-focused approach

Meritorious is experience in home healthcare, preferably in municipal or primary care operations, as well as experience in teamwork.
