About the Role As a Junior Production Engineer with us, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our production processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking a broad and practical start in the industry. You will combine technical and administrative work with operational, hands-on tasks in production, learning the business on-site alongside experienced colleagues. You will gradually take on more responsibility and work with the entire production flow – from idea to finished product – with a focus on safe, efficient, and sustainable production. About You Post-secondary education at least at the vocational college (YH) level in electrical power, automation, electrical/energy engineering, or equivalent. Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and/or HMI. Knowledge of efficient production or logistics, e.g., LEAN. Experience with digital tools, e.g., the Office suite. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working close to production, take initiative, and collaborate easily with different functions. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
