We are currently looking for a System Developer for our client.

Requirements:

We are seeking a system developer with a location based in either Örebro or Kista.

Client Description: The Driver's License Department is responsible for administering the national driver's license register, which contains data on nearly seven million license holders. The operations are statutory-regulated and involve, in addition to managing and developing systems and procedures related to this register, also handling case management and customer service. For example, personal and medical suitability are assessed when applying for a driver's license, decisions are made regarding the issuance of licenses, and the production and distribution of licenses are ensured. The Driver's License Department has several major development projects underway in the coming years, such as: The Fourth Driver's License Directive, Security Issues, Replacing the converted mainframe platform 'Gunnar' with a new IT environment (project New Road Traffic Register), and in the long term, legislation will likely open up for digital driver's licenses, which will be a major and exciting challenge.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS that must be met:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system development and meeting the requirements for competence level 3 according to the National Board of Administration's framework agreement.
• The consultant must undergo security clearance, including a register check, before the assignment starts.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in system development using Visual Studio C# .Net.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (formerly Microsoft Team Foundation Server).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in development with WCF.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Agile working methods.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Added value if the consultant has at least 6 years of experience in system development using Visual Studio C#.Net.
• Added value if the consultant has at least 6 years of experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Added value if the consultant has experience with mainframe systems.
• Added value if the consultant can work on-site in Örebro.

Other: The scope is estimated to be up to 100% of a full-time position. The assignment is expected to last for 4 years.
