We are seeking a senior consultant in business development/project management for a comprehensive program related to the future of financial information.

The assignment involves working within a larger program with several parallel initiatives, focusing on the digitalization of annual reports, new regulatory requirements, and system renewal.

You will operate in a complex environment with many dependencies and stakeholders, working closely with business, IT, and legal departments under the guidance of a program manager.

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on assigned tasks

• Act as a task owner within the program

• Report status, risks, and dependencies

• Ensure collaboration between business, IT, and legal functions

• Translate program goals into concrete deliverables

• Develop decision-making materials and steering documents

• Executed and followed-up tasks according to plan

• Clear status reporting to program management

• Ensured coordination between relevant functions

• Requirements, target images, and development materials

• Documentation for handover and further administration

• Experience in business development within complex organizations

• Experience in project or program management

• Ability to work structured with planning, follow-up, and reporting

• Experience in requirements management and analysis

• Good system understanding

• Very good Swedish spoken and written

• Strong collaboration skills and independent drive

• Experience working in the public sector

• Experience with regulatory requirements / rule-governed operations

• Experience in digitalizing financial processes

• Experience working in agile environments

• Experience in change management

• Background check will be conducted

• Competency matrix will be sent upon further process
