About the Role As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a central role in driving and coordinating improvement and development initiatives in our production. You will help lead the work from idea to finished solution, ensuring that improvements are implemented in a structured, efficient, and sustainable manner. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine technical knowledge with responsibility for projects, collaboration, and results. Together with production, quality, and other functions, you will contribute to a safe, stable, and competitive operation. Examples of main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production improvement projects in collaboration with production management, R&D, and quality
• Be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of projects related to process development
• Act as a technical project manager within one or more production processes
• Drive initiatives regarding standardization, structure, and digitalization in production
• Ensure that improvements contribute to high quality, a good working environment, and profitable operations
• Participate in commissioning and optimization of new or updated production lines

We are looking for someone who has:

• An engineering education in production, project management, electrical power, or equivalent
• Knowledge in project management, either through education or work experience
• Knowledge in efficient production or logistics, e.g., LEAN
• Experience with digital tools, e.g., the Office suite

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and enjoy taking responsibility. You find it easy to plan and drive work forward, collaborate with different functions, and communicate clearly.
