YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As Process Manager Components, you will lead a competent and cohesive team of approximately 20 employees. You will work closely with operations, driving both operational leadership and long-term improvement.

You are responsible for your department's management group and are also part of the production department's management group, giving you both a holistic perspective and the opportunity to influence the development of the business.

The role involves working in 2 shifts.

Examples of duties include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing employees through coaching, dialogue, and competence development
• Recruitment and workforce planning
• Budget responsibility and follow-up
• Documentation of working methods and routines
• Conducting rehabilitation assessments
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with current requirements for quality, working environment, safety, and fire protection
• Initiating and driving improvement work within the business area

The position is based in Karlsborg and reports to the Production Manager.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone with experience in leadership within the manufacturing industry who thrives in a role where people, structure, and development are central.

You have:

• Upper secondary education, preferably supplemented with leadership or technical training
• Experience in leading teams and driving improvement work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Merits include:

• Experience with LEAN or standardized working methods
• Post-secondary or university education in a relevant field
