The Social Administration is responsible for measures, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and must implement measures regulated by these laws. All operations are permeated by the individual at the center to meet the individual's needs. The assignment implies a strong customer focus and service mindset.
Joint personnel and schedule supply consists of three units; Schedule and Planning, Substitute and Recruitment, and Resource and Administration, which are responsible for providing support to the majority of the Social Administration.

Job Responsibilities
As an assistant nurse in Motala Municipality, you will work to provide our users with good care and support based on their individual needs and wishes. You should respectfully guide, support, and motivate the user to manage their daily routines in the best possible way based on their own ability.
We offer a varied job with a focus on daily nursing measures. You will perform tasks related to personal care, support during meals, social interaction, escorting, service measures, etc. You will also perform health and medical tasks on delegation and document in our journal systems.
As an assistant nurse within the municipality, you will be a fixed care contact, which means that you will actively work to create secure and trust-based relationships. The work requires great commitment and that you actively participate to develop and improve the operations.
Qualifications
Formal Competencies:
- You must have completed a care and welfare education and have a finished degree.
- Experienced in using the computer as a support in the work and adapt easily to new digital tools.
- Have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish as the work involves documentation and a lot of dialogue with colleagues and users.
- It is an asset if you have previous experience of care and welfare-related tasks.
- It is an asset if you can cycle.
- It is an asset if you have a driver's license.

Employment Terms
Employment Type: Permanent employment.
Working Hours: Working hours are scheduled for weekdays, evenings, and weekends, including major holidays.
