Job Description

The role involves leading and managing a time- and scope-limited technical migration assignment. The consultant must be able to lead work regarding quality assurance of path choices, risk and consequence analysis, as well as the development of an implementation plan including an overall project plan.

The consultant must have the competence to lead the migration work between Löf's in-house developed IT systems (Microsoft SQL Server and .NET).

Competence Level:

The consultant must be at competence level 3 within the relevant area:

• Knowledge - high competence within the area
• Experience - has completed several assignments within the area as a consultant with high quality.
• Leadership - takes responsibility for a sub-area, can lead a small group
• Independence - can work independently

Mandatory Requirements (Must-haves):

1. At least 5 years of experience leading IT projects in collaboration between IT and core operations.
2. Experience with IT system migration.
3. Experience working according to agile methodologies.

Preferred Requirements (Nice-to-haves):

1. Should have led projects with a focus on migration between case management/document management systems.
2. Should have worked in Azure DevOps or equivalent case management systems.
3. Should have experience in the finance and/or insurance industry as this involves regulatory requirements to consider.
4. Should have worked as a project manager.
