Tecnicon Byggkonsult is seeking an engaged structural engineer who wants to work with design within building construction.

Your main tasks include, among other things, investigations, dimensioning, and design of contract documents. You will work both independently and in project groups within our structural engineering department.

Your workplace is our office in Örnsköldsvik, and we prefer that you live in the city. Here you will collaborate with other technical consultants in both internal and external consulting groups to deliver services to a wide variety of clients.

Your formal qualifications

• We are looking for a building engineer, senior engineer, civil engineer, or someone with equivalent competence in building construction.
• You have several years of work experience in the construction sector or have recently graduated from a program in the field.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 are required.
• Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is an asset.
• Experience with CAD programs, primarily Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, as well as calculation software, preferably from Strusoft, is an asset.
• Experience as an entrepreneur or working with construction issues within a municipality can also be an asset, but is not a requirement.
