We are seeking a service-oriented and engaged IT On-site Support Technician for a technically advanced operation that delivers solutions of significant importance to society and security. In this role, you will become part of a team responsible for creating a stable and efficient IT environment for the organization's users. The assignment offers a varied daily routine within an organization on an exciting journey towards modern and agile working methods, where you will have the opportunity to contribute both operationally and strategically within IT support.

In this role, you are responsible for providing qualified on-site IT support when remote support is insufficient, as well as ensuring that users have functioning equipment and systems in their daily work environment. You will work with the installation, delivery, and maintenance of computers, phones, and other client-facing hardware, ensuring that the hardware registry is up to date.

You will handle incidents and cases, including higher-priority VIP cases where a high level of service is critical, and document your work in case management systems and knowledge bases. Furthermore, you will perform systematic troubleshooting and contribute to maintaining high quality in the delivery from local On-site Support.

The work also includes support for printers and conference rooms, creation and updating of user and IT instructions, as well as collaboration with colleagues at other locations, for example during outages or security incidents. The role requires physical presence as the work is performed on-site at the operation.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience with IT support and on-site work

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with documentation and administrative handling of IT cases

• Class B Driver's License

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience working in large organizations or complex IT environments

• Experience with process and improvement work

• Location: Gothenburg (Kallebäck)

• Work Type: On-site (no remote work)

• Extent: Full-time, approx. 40 hours/week

• Assignment Period: 2026-05-18 – 2027-05-21

• Working Hours: Office hours
