We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager for a consulting assignment in Norrköping!

About the role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the property portfolio from an overarching technical perspective with a focus on business acumen. You will support property management matters while ensuring they are carried out in a cost-conscious and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for planned maintenance and ongoing property management
• Monitoring of inspections, regulatory requirements, and energy consumption
• Daily contact with tenants
• Inspection of apartments

Your profile
We require you to have several years of experience in managing residential properties, preferably within a business-driven organization. You have likely worked as a Property Manager, Technical Property Manager, or similar within the real estate industry and are accustomed to tenant relations.

As the role involves traveling during working hours, a B-class driver's license is a requirement for this position.

As a person, you are responsible, accustomed to taking your own initiatives and driving them to completion. The role of a Property Manager involves varying tasks, and we are looking for someone who is structured and good at prioritizing. You have good collaboration skills, are a relationship builder, and enjoy having many contacts in your work.
