Our office is located at Norra Strömgatan 56B in Alingsås. From there, we travel throughout Alingsås and the surrounding areas to serve our customers, both corporate and private.

We provide company cars for all employees.

Experience in professional cleaning is a strong asset, but the most important thing for us is that you enjoy the work and feel this is what you want to do.

Fissa & Feja AB has been in operation since 1988. Today, we work throughout the Sjuhärads area, with a focus on Alingsås, Borås, Lerum, and Bollebygd and surrounding areas. We perform all types of cleaning in both private homes and businesses.

Fissa & Feja is looking for an additional team member for our Alingsås team. The job mainly involves cleaning private homes, but we perform all types of cleaning such as offices, stairwell cleaning, construction cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, etc. Previous cleaning experience is an asset. However, the most important thing is that you love cleaning and have an eye for detail. You should enjoy keeping things organized and find customer contact enjoyable. Social competence is very important in this role as you will meet many of our customers.

We are currently looking for a 75% position that can transition to a full-time role if everything works out. If you do not have the right competence, experience, or driver's license, we cannot offer you a job, possibly only an hourly contract.

The most important thing for us is that you are the right person. We work Monday to Friday, mostly between 08:00 and 16:30. Hours may vary slightly depending on the assignment. The position involves working independently but may include cleaning in pairs with a colleague on certain days, so it is important that you can work well with others as well as being self-reliant.

We place great importance on you being meticulous, positive, flexible, stress-resistant, and having a good sense of service and customer relations.

It is a requirement that you have a B-class driver's license and are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Starting location is Alingsås.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

We have collective agreements with the Union of Property Employees (Fastighetsanställdas Förbund) and Byggnads, and salary is paid according to the agreement.
