We are now looking for a new colleague for cleaning services in Skövde

This is the Skaraborg/Jönköping market area

The Skaraborg/Jönköping market area conducts property management and currently has approximately 150 employees within Economic and Technical Management, Customer Group, and Property Services.

As a cleaner at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those working closest to the customer. The work is varied and social.

With us, you make a difference

As a member of our property maintenance teams focusing on cleaning, you will work with cleaning:

• Stairwells
• Basement corridors
• Laundry rooms and premises
• Cleaning of other premises also occurs, as well as window cleaning and deep cleaning.

You work independently and are given great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own.

You contribute with your skills and commitment

We are looking for someone who thrives working both independently and in collaboration with a team, and who communicates easily both in the group and with customers.

You have at least a high school education and previous experience in cleaning. It is an advantage if you have cleaning training, such as SRY or PRYL, and should include knowledge of suitable methods, cleaning materials, and chemical products, as well as minimizing risk of damage. Since the computer is a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we would like you to have some computer literacy and be able to handle a computer at work. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your knowledge through internal training.

As a person, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and able to structure your work efficiently. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and delivering good service.

• You have a B driver's license for manual transmission.
• You can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment based in Skövde, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
