We are now looking for two new cleaners for the Hisingen area!

We need you who want to contribute to ensuring that students and employees at the school have a clean and healthy working environment. The duties also include, together with the meal unit, taking care of dishwashing and cleaning the cafeteria.

As a cleaner, your tasks include performing daily cleaning in the school premises, as well as larger cleaning efforts throughout the year. You work based on established methods and instructions to ensure quality and contribute to well-cleaned and pleasant premises. You need to have an ergonomic, hygienic, and environmentally conscious perspective.

Tasks

It is important that you have a good sense of service and enjoy the responsibility of being a good adult role model at the school. Good communication and cooperation with both colleagues within the cleaning unit, students, and other employees at the school is a prerequisite for succeeding in the assignment. Since you are our face outwards, it is important that you are a good role model for the operation.

We work together within the unit and help each other when needed. This means that work may occur at other schools across Hisingen. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30 or 06:30–15:00.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have SRY training in cleaning, alternatively other vocational training in cleaning, as well as knowledge and experience of assignments within kitchen/cafeteria. You have several years of experience in daily cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, and different cleaning methods and machines. You have basic IT skills for simpler handling of personnel systems, Teams, and email.

As a person, you are service-oriented, have an easy time cooperating, and have a good attitude towards those we serve. You also need to be meticulous and take responsibility that the work is carried out according to the planned schedule. The position also requires that you are flexible and adaptable. You enjoy varied work and can quickly get used to new tasks after changed conditions. We also see that you have a very good ability to cooperate and plan work together with your colleagues.

You need to be able to speak, read, and understand Swedish without difficulty, as you need to communicate a lot with your surroundings, as well as be able to understand written instructions and regulations.
