We are now looking for a Team Leader for our operations in Skaraborg. In this role, you work closely with the Operations Manager and play a central part in daily operations.

You serve as a role model for the team and actively contribute to structure, quality, and a good working environment.

As a Team Leader, you have operational leadership responsibility and act as the link between the Operations Manager, employees, and customers. The role requires flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the service employees (cleaning staff) in their daily work.
• Onboarding and training new employees.
• Performing quality controls and practical tasks.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers.
• Performing cleaning duties when necessary.
• Scheduling and recruiting substitutes when needed.
• Delivering and ordering materials.
• Acting as a substitute for the Operations Manager when needed.

The position is full-time.

About You

At Northclean, personality and the willingness to learn are the most important factors. We also look for the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the industry.
• Documented experience in instructing or working as a team leader.
• Experience with administrative tasks.
• Valid B-driver's license.
• Insta 800 Level 3 certification.
• SRY/PRYL training.
