Leisure Service is part of the Sports and Civil Society activity and has one of its assignments to offer internships for those who are far from the labor market. In the autumn of 2026, Leisure Service will expand its assignment and is now looking for a Supervisor in Cleaning.

Within Leisure Service, you will have a meaningful assignment where you are part of a larger context. As a supervisor, you are part of operations and service, which consists of cleaning, caretaking, and a café. You supervise people who, for various reasons, are far from the regular labor market. Your most important task is to motivate and support individuals to perform their duties based on their abilities. You contribute to participants growing with the task and responsibility, as well as gaining increased self-awareness regarding their own goals and opportunities.

Your responsibilities include responsibility for the cleaning of a facility, ensuring that premises and their furnishings are kept fresh, welcoming, and functional. Another important task is supervising the execution of cleaning duties and developing routines. In addition, a smaller part of administrative tasks will be included in the role.

You have post-secondary education that the employer deems relevant, as well as documented experience in supervising people with disabilities and cleaning.

You can adapt your communication pedagogically to the recipient, target group, and situation. You proceed from the equal value of all people and create a good atmosphere, both at the individual level and in the work group.

You have good organizational skills and, with planning and structure, you stay ahead. You collaborate in a non-hierarchical manner, contribute with enthusiasm and energy, and adapt to changed conditions. You have good knowledge of digital tools.

It is meritorious if you have completed training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) or participated in the Supported Employment course. Other language skills besides Swedish and English are meritorious, especially Dari, Farsi, Somali, Arabic, Tigrinya, or Finnish.

It is important that you are driven by working with and developing cleaning work, and that you have a B driving license.

The work involves scheduled daytime hours. Access is by agreement.
