We are now looking for cleaners for the South West area. Our work makes a difference, and we are looking for you who want to be part of our journey. We offer you a fun job with pleasant colleagues. You will be part of the fantastic team working with cleaning in the primary schools in southwestern Gothenburg.

Job Responsibilities

As a cleaner, your tasks include performing daily and periodic cleaning in the school premises. You work based on established methods and instructions to ensure quality and contribute to clean and pleasant environments. We work with the premise that students and staff at the schools should feel well. Therefore, we want you to think from an ergonomic and environmentally conscious perspective. We follow given hygiene rules and provide you with work clothes to create a professional impression towards the client.

It is important that you have a good sense of service and enjoy the responsibility of being a good adult role model at the school. Good communication and cooperation with both students and colleagues within the cleaning team and other roles at the school are prerequisites for you to thrive. Together, we find the best setup to ensure students get the best possible learning environment!

We also work together from a broader perspective and help each other when needed. Therefore, work may also take place at other schools. The work is performed during daytime according to a schedule based on the school's needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have SRY training (Vocational Training for Cleaning) or another vocational training in cleaning assessed as relevant for the position. You have several years of experience in cleaning and have experience with deep cleaning and floor care.

As a person, you are service-oriented and have good customer handling skills. For you, it is natural to be a face for the business and to put the customer first!

You need to be careful in your work and take responsibility for the work being carried out according to the schedule. The position also requires you to be flexible and adaptable. You enjoy varied work and can quickly get used to new tasks after changed conditions. We also see that you have a very good ability to work together with colleagues.

Since part of the work as a cleaner involves contact with our clients and the ability to work according to a job description, you must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You have basic IT skills for handling personnel systems and email.

Since you are our face, it is important for the business and natural for you to be a good ambassador for the unit.
