How the nanny job works

Working as a nanny is both fun and flexible. You choose which assignments you want and when you want to work. As a nanny, you help one or more families in your area with childcare. This can involve everything from picking up children from preschool/school and having fun at the playground to having snacks or putting them to bed. The most important thing is that it is fun and safe for the children, the parents, and you!

About the family

You will get more information about this specific family during your interview, but here are some key details:

• Number of children: 1
• Age: 2 years old
• Days per week assistance is needed: 1–2 times per week
• Times: Mostly after-school pickup from preschool, and sometimes in the evenings and weekends (each shift is always at least 3 hours)

This side job is perfect for you if:

• You are responsible and playful with a genuine commitment to children
• You have experience independently caring for one or more children (0–6 years)
• You can work flexibly on weekdays and weekends as a nanny
