Construction Supervisor for Peab's Operations and Maintenance Department in Arboga

Your role:

As a Construction Supervisor, you support the Site Manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing work in daily production. You work both operationally and administratively, responsible for quality assurance, work environment, customer contacts, financial follow-up, planning of personnel and machinery, invoicing, and participation in budget and forecasting work.

You have ongoing contact with customers and clients, prepare quotes and submit proposals, which means you thrive in a role with a business focus and relationship-building dialogues. The role involves a lot of freedom under responsibility, where you have the opportunity to influence both working methods and results.

About the business:

You will become part of our team in Arboga, which works with operations, maintenance, and smaller construction projects, using both our own personnel and hired resources/subcontractors.

Examples of work performed by the group:

• Winter road maintenance
• Sand removal
• Road inspections and traffic damage
• Paving works
• Green area maintenance
• Drainage works (manholes and road culverts)
• Signage and guardrail works
• Maintenance of rest areas

About your manager:

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with education in a relevant field and/or several years of experience as a construction supervisor in construction, operations, and maintenance. You must have experience of operations and maintenance work as well as winter road maintenance, which is a requirement for the position.

You have high social competence, work in a structured manner, and inspire trust in meetings with both employees and customers. Your leadership is clear, present, and engaging.

Good computer skills and administrative ability are required as all follow-up and documentation is done digitally, including via GPS-based systems.
