Are you driven, hardworking, and enjoy physical labor? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Montrenad AB is growing and is now seeking new pavers to join our team.

About the Role

For most of the year, we work with paving and earthworks. We normally do not work during the winter as we operate based on seasonal agreements (seasonal work with a time bank; more information available upon contact). You will become part of an engaged team where quality, professional pride, and collaboration are the focus.

About Us

Montrenad AB is a specialized company in paving. We handle everything from small, private garden projects to larger infrastructure works. Our assignments are found throughout Sweden, but we are primarily active in the Mälardalen region – especially in Västerås and Eskilstuna, where most projects are located. This means you are welcome to have your base in one of these cities.

Our ambition is always to beautify the environment around us – with careful and well-executed stonework.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in paving or who has worked within the construction and civil engineering sector, and is curious to develop within a new area. You are meticulous, proactive, and enjoy working outdoors at a high pace.

Experience and certification for operating wheel loaders are an asset, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what we value most.
